Product interface design

Business planning software
A clearer view of a complex operation.
GrepEye
The project

Integrated business planning brings together data relationships, forecasts, inventory and exceptions. The challenge for GrepEye was to make these connected workflows understandable without hiding the depth that enterprise planners need. The work focuses on the product interface and its design system.

The thinking
Give dense operational data a usable order.
01 / Direction
Start with the workflow.
Data ingestion and forecasting form the foundation of the experience. Dataset relationships are made visible, so a planner can understand what is connected before moving into the analysis. Repeated layouts create a familiar rhythm as the task becomes more detailed.
02 / Design
Build a shared visual grammar.
Tables, charts, controls and side panels are treated as parts of one modular system. Purple signals key actions and focus, while restrained neutral surfaces leave space for the data. Hierarchy and contrast guide attention through information-rich screens.
03 / In use
Keep the next decision close.
Inventory optimisation, forecast diagnostics and an exception inbox give different questions their own workspace. The Copilot view explores a conversational entry point alongside the analytical tools. Each view belongs to the same product language, with context kept close to the action.

The whole picture
One interface language, many planning questions.
The prototypes and frontend assets establish a consistent way to navigate operational complexity. The case shows the designed workflows and sample product data, rather than claimed customer performance improvements.
Presentation mockups use the original purple planning interfaces and the authoritative GrepEye eye/g mark. Interface values are demonstration data.
